“I want you back” are the words of a person who gives up on a
relationship because of some reason(s) but later on misses his/her
partner badly and wants to get back along with him/her. But life is not
that hunky dory. You never get a second chance, be it anything. Once a
relationship is broken, it is impossible to revive it and expect the
same kind of love to exist again. Especially if you are the one who had
deserted your partner or dumped him/ her
because of some reason(s), it is quite foolhardy to even consider
re-uniting with your ex as a prospect. Relationships are built on trust
and faith. The relationship that goes the distance is the one that can
stand the test of time and steer its way through all the adversities
i.e., several ‘ups’ and several ‘downs’. Deserting your partner is the
meanest thing that one can do to one’s partner. Relationships are all
about carrying them forward and giving your best efforts in making it
work smoothly. “I want you back” can only be a cry in the wilderness
once you have broken up with your beloved one because re-union is never
possible post a break-up. In the words of C.S. Lewis, “We all want
progress, but if you're on the wrong road, progress means doing an
about-turn and walking back to the right road; in that case, the man who
turns back soonest is the most progressive.”….!
